This 1/2 inch diameter rubber is commonly used to replace old rubber for large tea cart wheels, but can be used on small tea cart wheels. Measure the diameter of the existing wheel rubber you're looking to replace to order the correct size.

This rubber is sold by the foot (12 inches). To measure the length of material for your project, run a string around the wheel to measure the length needed, and add a bit more to allow for trimming.
To measure the diameter of the rubber needed, a AA battery is approximately 1/2 inches in diameter, so you can place that in the wheel groove to approximate the size.
