It was great talking with Scott, getting detailed instruction and hints to success with my specific project. He was so pleasant and approachable. This is an amazing and invaluable service to have available. Absolutely worth the ( very reasonable ) investment. Would highly recommend and will likely use again in the future.
I found Scott’s YouTube videos to be some of the best in that they explain the very detailed process on why and why not to proceed with certain repairs.
Being a novice, I still was a little hesitant to fix the furniture on my own. There were some specifics that I didn’t know how to approach.
I was able to rapidly schedule a meeting with Scott and he looked at the problem and guided me through step-by-step at my level what to do.
It was like having a trusted teacher behind me, guiding me, helping me. It gave me confidence to do what I needed to do.

Should I have a future project questions I will surely engage Scott.
You will be hard pressed to find anyone as knowledgeable as Scott.
Scott was able to present multiple solutions for multiple issues that I would’ve never considered or even dreamed of. This has saved me so much time, money and effort. I am now much more confident in tackling my projects
I can't believe how lucky I was to have found someone like Scott to help me repair my grandmother's rocking chair. I had been an admirer of his videos for months when I discovered I could get advice from him personally!
Not only was I able to get advice from a master in his craft but he was so patient with my level of expertise. He met me where I was in my woodworking experience and gave me several different ideas for how to go about the repair. No question was too insignificant for Scott from removing excess epoxy putty to staining. Scott was also so prepared when our Zoom call began - he had clearly examined the photos I sent in preparation.
Finally, it was clear that Scott was truly invested in my project and I can't say enough how much I appreciated that.
I highly recommend Scott's advice sessions for experts and novices alike.
